Pregnancy Massage

30 min Pregnancy Massage - £30

Pregnancy massage will be performed in the side-lying position. I will ensure you are comfortable using pillows and bolsters as necessary and I use a pregnancy-safe essential oil blend for treatment, unless you prefer an unscented carrier oil.
A 30-minute session does not allow time for a full body treatment, but will focus on specific areas.
I will discuss your reasons for having treatment, medical history, current conditions, etc, during initial consultation. I will keep this as brief as I can and where possible, absorb the extra time so you receive as much of your treatment time on the couch, so please provide as much information as you can when booking.

I am qualified in the Usui method of Reiki and practice this powerful hands-on treatment to help restore balance and clear 'congested' energy. Reiki can also be combined with massage if desired.

Reflexology is received lying down on the massage couch, with access required to the feet and lower legs, allowing you to remain fully-clothed.
A 45-minute session is slightly shorter than the full 60 minute treatment and will be focused to specific areas.
